The invention discloses an abalone biscuit which comprises the following raw materials: abalone meat, concha haliotidis, thyme, purple perilla, radix ophiopogonis, dendrobium nobile, apricot kernel, flour, corn flour, red bean powder, osmanthus fragrans, crowndaisy chrysanthemum, undaria pinnatifida, table salt, olive oil and abalone oil. A preparation method comprises the following steps: breaking the concha haliotidis, thyme, purple perilla, radix ophiopogonis, dendrobium nobile and apricot kernel by weight parts and putting into water, and decocting over soft fire; filtering the obtained liquid to obtain traditional Chinese medicine decoction; cutting the osmanthus fragrans, crowndaisy chrysanthemum and undaria pinnatifida into small dices; adding the traditional Chinese medicine decoction into the flour, corn flour and red bean powder of the weight parts; adding the olive oil and table salt and kneading to obtain a smooth dough; cutting the abalone meat into small dices; adding the osmanthus fragrans, crowndaisy chrysanthemum and small dices, and adding the abalone oil and kneading into stuffing; pressing the dough into a biscuit; adding the stuffing; and baking in an oven to obtain a finished product of the abalone biscuit. In the invention, the prepared abalone biscuit integrates dietary cure and medicine cure, contains a large quantity of nutritional ingredients and realizes a cholesterol reducing function.
