A new-type green tea shortbread biscuit

The present invention relates to a new-type green tea shortbread biscuit, and consists of the following raw materials: flour 90-110 kg, powdered sugar 26-30 kg, palm oil 27-31 kg, table salt 0.6-1 kg, eggs 2.2-2.7 kg, green tea powder 0.2-0.4 kg, vanillin 0.03-0.07 kg, dried sweet olive 0.2-0.4 kg, jasmine flower powder 0.2-0.4 kg and syrup 0.3-0.7 kg. The biscuit is produced by preparing the raw materials, preparing dough, roller cutting and forming the dough, baking the formed biscuit, spraying oil to the biscuit, cooling the biscuit, packaging the biscuit, testing the biscuit and putting the biscuit into storage, thereby finishing the biscuit production. The biscuit is convenient to carry, rich in nutrient and good in taste, and can meet people's needs for biscuits. A cold-dispelling effect can be realized when people eat the biscuit in winter, especially for ladies, with the addition of the dried sweet olive and the jasmine flower powder.
