The polymer is an acrylate/taurate copolymer that can be compatible with polyglyceryl-3 cetearyl ether olivate, so the composition is a stable emulsion with a viscosity of greater than or equal to 550 Pa*s at a shear rate of 0.10 s-1 according to the Rheology Test Method.
