To do this, on Friday April 8 it held a session of collective work in the D.O. Uclés wines where the project pilot plant was installed.

A small number of people, selected for their relevance in sectors involved in both the implementation and continuity of the project, actively participated in the forum. Among them: professionals (especially vintners), professional public institutions related to agriculture and the environment productive sector; socio-economic and environmental civil society organizations concerned about Sustainable Development and Environmental Quality, and academic and technical related to the subject from the UOM, UAM, CEIGRAM o IFIAF of CLM.

In this forum, we took place a methodology called Focus Groups, where common conclusions are generated from the discussion among participants on specific topics. The success of the day was made possible by the participation of a facilitator of group processes and effective meetings. To develop similar techniques to Open Space, allowed to get out the best conclusions in the time available.
