[Solution] When an upper frame-equipped foldable stepladder is folded, a support leg 50L, a support leg 50R, a top plate 20, a step 30, and a bar 44 of an upper frame 40 all become parallel to each other. Further, the top plate 20 and the step 30 are housed in a hollow part of the support leg 50L in a state of being arranged side by side in the extension direction (vertical direction) of the support leg 50L. The bar 44 of the upper frame 40 does not vertically protrude beyond the support leg 50L and the support leg 50R.
