A system for concentrating at least one liquid food product comprising: - a first concentration line (91) that processes a first flow; -a second concentration line (92) that processes a second flow; the first and the second flow being the same liquid food product or different liquid food products; the first and the second flow being mutually separate and independent from each other; - a first concentrator (3) located along the first line (91) and intended to process the first flow; - a second concentrator (5) located along the second line (92) and intended to process the second flow; - supply means (900) for supplying a heating fluid to the first and to the second concentrator (3, 5) to transfer heat respectively to the first and to the second flow and to cause concentration by evaporation of the first and the second flow, said supply means (900) comprising at least one conduit section (901) in common for conveying of the heating fluid towards the first and the second concentrator (3, 5).
