Specific binding properties were demonstrated as monoclonal bivalent IgG antibodies and as immune-engager antibodies. An immune cell engager including the dual binding antibodies facilitated T cell activation and cytotoxicity toward tumor cells. The engineered anti-Trop2/Nectin-4 dual antibodies may be used as part of a therapeutic approach to treat solid cancers and hemopoietic malignancies.
