An object of the present invention is to provide an acetic acid bacteria-containing beverage which has a fruit flavor that lasts in the mouth despite having a low viscosity. The beverage according to the present invention is a beverage containing at least a polysaccharide and dried acetic acid bacteria, and having a viscosity at 25°C of 50 mPa·s or less, wherein the acetic acid bacteria in the beverage have a volume average particle size of 0.10 µm or more and less than 0.50 µm.
