TOMATO PROCESSING METHOD

The present invention relates to a method for processing tomatoes, comprising: a first step of filling a bubble washer (100) with a mixture of water, refined salt, and glacial acetic acid; a second step of placing tomatoes in the bubble washer (100) and performing a first washing by generating bubbles; a third step of filling an immersion tank (200) with a mixture of water, stevia, sucralose, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, vitamin C, and potassium; a fourth step of placing the first-washed tomatoes in the immersion tank (200) and immersing them; a fifth step of placing the tomatoes, after completing the immersion, in the bubble washer (100) and performing a second washing by flowing water while generating bubbles; and a sixth step of taking the tomatoes, after completing the second washing, out of the bubble washer (100) and drying them with cold air.
