The invention relates to the technical field of effervescent tablet processing, and discloses a tomato effervescent tablet, which comprises a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of (50-80): (50-20), the component A comprises 5-15 parts of ascorbic acid, 35-55 parts of tomato green juice powder and 5-12 parts of an auxiliary agent; and the component B comprises 5-10 parts of an adhesive. The tomato clear juice powder is used as a raw material, the content and the addition amount of the Amadori compound in the tomato clear juice powder are limited, it can be guaranteed that the content of the Amadori compound in the effervescent tablet/tablet is larger than or equal to 1.5%, due to the existence of the Amadori compound, the effervescent tablet can effectively inhibit the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme, and therefore cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are effectively inhibited; and the Amadori compound can also effectively remove reactive oxygen free radicals in a chemical system.
