The invention discloses rose and pine needle oil gel candies and a processing technology thereof. The biscuit comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of xylitol, 8 parts of edible gelatin, 5 parts of pine needle oil, 4 parts of angelica root oil, 4 parts of curcuma oil, 8 parts of rose oil, 4 parts of prinsepia utilis royle oil, 5 parts of samara oil, 5 parts of purple perilla seed oil, 4 parts of tomato seed oil, 1 part of radish seed oil, 6 parts of black sesame seed oil, 4 parts of pumpkin seed oil, 3 parts of Chinese herbaceous peony seed oil, 6 parts of pomegranate seed oil, 6 parts of spina date seed oil, 10 parts of grape seed oil and 1 part of rose pollen. 5 parts of glycerol and 1 part of purified water. According to the rose pine needle oil gel candy and the processing technology thereof, firstly, xylitol is used, the xylitol widely exists in various fruits, vegetables and cereals in the nature, but the content is very low, the xylitol is an intermediate for normal carbohydrate metabolism of a human body and is a natural and healthy sweetening agent, and the xylitol does not need the participation part of insulin, so that the xylitol does not need insulin; the food can be eaten by diabetics.
