The invention relates to the technical field of production of food cans, in particular to a production method for reducing microbial contamination in the continuous production process of tomato cans, and tomatoes are sequentially subjected to primary cleaning, secondary cleaning, peeling, dicing, canning, sealing, sterilizing, cooling and packaging to obtain the tomato cans. The tomato cans obtained by the production method for reducing microbial contamination in the continuous production process of the tomato cans are fine and smooth in finished product tissue and bright red in color and luster, the nutrient loss in the processing process is reduced, and the product quality is good; the hot water leaching equipment is used for leaching utensils and equipment in the whole production process with hot water, so that the microbial load in the production process can be remarkably reduced, the risk of rotting and tank expansion of the canned tomatoes caused by microbial pollution is effectively reduced, the process is reliable, and continuous production can be ensured.
