PROCESS FOR PRODUCING MUSHROOM COMPOSITE SEASONING PASTE

The present utility model concerns a process for producing a mushroom composite seasoning paste, comprising the steps of processing tomatoes by blanching, peeling, and deseeding; grinding the processed tomatoes with edible mushroom, red bell pepper, garlic, onion, iodized salt, ground black pepper, coconut oil, and tomato paste, to obtain a mixture; cooking the mixture at 100-150°C for 20-30 minutes; mixing coriander and cumin powder and cooking at 100-150°C for 3-7 minutes; mixing citric acid and cooking at 100-150°C for 5-15 minutes; mixing sodium benzoate to the cooked mixture to obtain the mushroom composite seasoning paste; hot filling into a packaging; and cooling. The mushroom composite seasoning paste produced by the process described herein is rich in carbohydrates, proteins, dietary fiber, minerals, and amino acids and can be used as a seasoning for rice.
