The invention discloses a green food pollution-free processing production technology which comprises the following steps: adopting organic wheat flour and organic tomatoes, then cleaning the organic tomatoes, and then performing high-temperature cooking to achieve the purpose of sterilization; fresh organic tomatoes are adopted; according to the present invention, the tomato is subjected to high-temperature cooking sterilization, the flour mixture is repeatedly pressed by the noodle pressing machine, the noodle drying moisture is controlled to be less than 7%, and the food-grade deoxidation preservative is added to the noodle packaging bag, such that the problem that the existing tomato noodle processing production process uses the preservative to perform corrosion resistance is solved; according to the processing and production technology of the tomato noodles, the moisture content of the noodles is controlled to be 7% or below through drying, meanwhile, oxygen in a sealing bag can be removed through a food-grade deoxidation preservative, and therefore the pollution-free processing and production technology of the tomato noodles can be guaranteed.
