The invention belongs to the field of food processing, relates to a functional food processing technology, is suitable for people with chewing difficulty and dysphagia, and particularly relates to a mousse product with high nutrition density and a preparation method thereof. The food character innovation point is that the food character is changed by adding a compounding agent containing xanthan gum and the like, and the fine-paste-shaped semi-solid food is prepared.
