Fecha de publicación: 17/01/2022 Fuente: WIPO "processing tomato" PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a baby food capable of simply taking without any trouble, protein and iron as nutrients required from a weaning stage.SOLUTION: A method for producing a baby food includes steps of: a step of preparing liver as the chief material, and tomato, carrot, and onion as mixing materials; a step of soaking the chief material liver in salt water to extract blood, and soaking in cow milk to pretreat the liver; a step of cutting the tomato, carrot, and onion as mixing materials to a predetermined size; a step of putting the cut tomato into a pan followed by boiling over gentle heat; a step of adding the cut onion and cut heated carrot to the pan when moisture comes out from the tomato in the pan, and boiling the mixing materials over gentle heat; a step of adding the drained pretreated liver to the pan when the onion boiled over gentle heat becomes translucent, and heating the liver; a step of removing rough heat from the liver mixed material obtained in the step; a step of taking out from the pan the liver mixed material from which rough heat is removed, and processing the product in a pasty form; and a step of cooling and solidifying the liver mixed paste obtained in the step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2022,JPO&INPIT
