The food comminution device is characterized in that at least one comminution tool or at least one part of one of the comminution tools is or can be fixed to the base part in a detachable manner, and in that preferably the collecting container can be arranged on the base part, optionally in a first position, in which the collecting container collects the food product comminuted by means of the first comminution tool, or in a second position, different from the first position, in which the collecting container collects the food product comminuted by means of the further comminution tool.
