According to the stone fruit cleaning-peeling-cutting device, stone fruits are conveyed through the conveying module, the stone fruits are cleaned through the cleaning module, the stone fruits are denucleated and peeled through the denucleating and peeling module, the stone fruits are diced through the first cutting module and the second cutting module, and the stone fruits are cut into blocks through the second cutting module. The stone fruits are collected through the collecting module; the stone fruit processing device is novel in structure and clear in working principle, has complete cleaning, stone removing, peeling and dicing functions, overcomes the defects that the automation degree is low, the functions are not complete, and the stone fruit processing efficiency is not high, achieves stone fruit processing automation, and reduces labor intensity.
