The method comprises the following steps: binding a soil ball with a hemp rope for fixation, trimming the root of a nursery stock, removing rotten roots and black roots, spraying a degerming solution on the soil ball, then smearing super absorbent resin powder on the outer skin of the soil ball, digging a soil pit for transplanting a tree in a transplanting field, and performing maintenance after transplanting is completed, the protective agent is prepared from sepiolite, an n-caprylic alcohol solution, a benzoic acid solution and catechol oxidase, and the super absorbent resin powder is prepared from bagasse powder, corn straw powder, kaolin, ammonium persulfate, methylene bisacrylamide and acrylic acid. The method can improve the survival rate of large tree transplantation.
