The present invention discloses method and system for development of gift and memento items from hemp filler. The method including: washing hemp filler with distilled water and cleaning with acetone to remove oil and debris particles from the hemp filler; placing obtained hemp filler in a muffle furnace; treating dried hemp filler with NaOH solution; checking pH value of solution filled in the beaker; filtering the neutral solution, drying the filtered neutral solution at room temperature for 48 hours and then placing the beaker filled with neutral solution in the muffle furnace at 60°C for 6-9 hours; stirring epoxy resin of Diglyceryl Ether of Bisphenol A (DGEBA) and hardener Triethylenetetramine (TETA) along with dried filler for proper dispersion in the filler mixture; pouring prepared filler mixture into a plurality of silicon rubber molds; and placing the plurality of silicon rubber molds filled with prepared mixture for curing process at room temperature.
