The spraying and curing method of the fiber felt material comprises the following steps: preparing a resin liquid, and adjusting the solid content and viscosity of the resin liquid; the resin liquid is sprayed to one side of the fiber felt material, the spraying pressure ranges from 0.3 MPa to 0.5 MPa, and the spraying distance ranges from 5 cm to 20 cm; pressure is applied to the sprayed fibrofelt material, then baking and cooling are conducted, spraying curing of the fibrofelt material is completed, and the density of the sprayed and cured fibrofelt material is distributed in a gradient mode. The fiber felt material obtained through the spraying curing method is light in weight, meanwhile, the fiber felt material has the density gradient change from compactness and firmness to interlayer tissue looseness, the sound absorption and insulation effect of the fiber felt material is improved, and compared with a traditional sound insulation plate mainly made of hemp fibers, glass fibers and waste spinning felt, the fiber felt material has the advantage of being light in weight.
