The invention discloses a quantitative analysis method of tetrahydrocannabinol and cannabidiol. The analysis method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: injecting a sample to be detected into gas chromatography, carrying out temperature programming, and detecting by adopting an external standard method to obtain the total content of cannabidiol and/or tetrahydrocannabinol, wherein the temperature of a sample inlet of the gas chromatography is 200 to 300 DEG C; the temperature is raised from 150 DEG C to 280 DEG C through the program; the temperature rise rate of the programmed temperature rise is 10-30 DEG C/min. The analysis method disclosed by the invention can be used for simply, conveniently and accurately detecting the total amount of available THC and CBD in the cannabis sativa floral leaf raw material or extract. Firstly, a sample to be detected does not need to be specially pretreated, and cannabinoid components in the sample to be detected can be completely and effectively extracted and simply filtered only by adopting a certain organic solvent; 2, the actual total amount of THC and CBD can be detected without using THCA and CBDA reference substances; and 3, the quantitative detection analysis result is accurate and reliable.
