A fabric finishing process flow comprises the following steps: cold batching, scouring and bleaching, dyeing, air washing and baking; the fabric is woven by blended yarn with Xinjiang long stapled cotton fibers and China hemp fibers as raw materials. The blended yarn is a common comb ring spinning yarn. The method is scientific and reasonable in design and short in technological process, and the prepared fabric can resist the hydrostatic pressure of 500 mm H2O or above and has excellent lasting antibacterial, waterproof and high hydrostatic pressure resistance functions.
