The invention discloses a mixed bacterium, a mixed enzyme and a degradation method for degrading lignocellulose. The mixed bacterium for degrading lignocellulose is a fungus complex which is separated and identified from natural sources such as deteriorated fruit wastes, and a mixed enzyme capable of degrading lignocellulose components is produced by respectively utilizing low-resistance substrate pomelo peel and high-resistance substrate industrial hemp residues for solid-state fermentation; according to the method, one-pot pretreatment and saccharification are adopted, and lignocellulose materials which are highly difficult to degrade, such as industrial hemp residues, are degraded into fermentable sugar and other raw materials; the method disclosed by the invention is simple, green and efficient, and has cost effectiveness and industrial application potential.
