The invention discloses a method for extracting cannabidiol by solid-state fermentation of fungi, which comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating industrial cannabis sativa flowers and leaves by steam explosion; s2, preparing a microorganism and spore suspension; s3, preparing and sterilizing a solid culture medium; s4, performing solid-state fermentation on the hemp through microorganisms; according to the method, firstly, industrial hemp is pretreated through a steam explosion method, so that most of cellulose and hemicellulose in the hemp are degraded into soluble small molecules, the considerable surface area and pores of the hemp are increased, and subsequent microbial fermentation of a hemp matrix is facilitated; then, fungi are used for further solid-state fermentation of the industrial cannabis sativa by using a gas-phase double-dynamic solid-state fermentation reactor, a series of enzymes are generated in the growth and metabolism process of microorganisms to further promote decomposition of components such as saccharides, protein and cellulose of the cell walls of the cannabis sativa, conversion of cannabidiol is promoted, and the extraction rate of the cannabidiol is greatly increased.
