The anti-permeation cigarette paper is suitable for heating cigarettes, the compactness and the uniformity of the paper are good, the anti-permeation performance and the moisture resistance are good, a combustion improver is not added, essence permeation does not occur on the outer surface of the cigarette paper before a formed cigarette is smoked, and the tobacco tar seepage amount is low after the cigarette is smoked.
