The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing hemp flower and leaf collection is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the harvested flower and leaves are not easy to store. The method comprises the steps of 1, planting; 2, harvesting flowers and leaves; and 3, defoliating and storing. According to the method, through reasonable planting management, the yield of the marihuana flowers and leaves is increased, airing is not needed through freeze-drying collection, a large number of special airing grounds are saved, and the airing cost is greatly reduced. The method is used for freeze-drying and harvesting the industrial hemp flowers and leaves.
