The drought-resistant coating agent is prepared from the following components: a film-forming agent accounting for 1.5-2% of the mass of water, an emulsifying agent accounting for 1.0.3% of the mass of the water, a defoaming agent accounting for 0.05% of the mass of the water and a plant growth regulator accounting for 0.06-0.3% of the mass of the water in every 100 mL of water. The formula is simple and scientific, the material source is wide, and the cost is low; the method can effectively promote the growth of hemp seedlings, enhance stress resistance, increase the seedling rate and save seeds.
