The composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of prebiotics, 0.001-25 parts of industrial hemp extracted full-spectrum CBD oil or CBD powder, 0.1-5 parts of a penetration enhancer, 1-50 parts of auxiliary components and 1-80 parts of a carrier. The components can be prepared into various appropriate preparation forms, such as various tablets, capsules, suppositories, gels, powder, pastes, liquids and the like. The composition and various forms of preparations prepared from the composition are good in effect, and can effectively and rapidly relieve pain, repair local micro-injury and reduce local inflammation.
