Fecha de publicación: 22/07/2022 Fuente: WIPO "hemp" The invention discloses a cigar tobacco leaf bamboo basket fermentation method which comprises the following steps: selecting cigar tobacco leaves which are thick, sufficient in oil content, heavy in offensive odor, high in strength and strong in irritation, performing moisture regaining on the tobacco leaves in a spraying manner until the moisture regaining moisture is 27 +/-3%, then neatly putting the tobacco leaves into a bamboo basket, and covering the bamboo basket with hemp slices after the tobacco leaves are placed; the bamboo basket is transferred to a fermentation chamber with the temperature being 38 +/-2 DEG C and the humidity being 78 +/-3% to be fermented for 14 +/-2 days; by means of the method, offensive odor and irritation of the tobacco leaves are reduced, the maturity and mellowness of the tobacco leaves are improved, the taste of the tobacco leaves is improved, the fermentation period of the tobacco leaves is shortened, and the method is more suitable for industrial production due to the flexible and light fermentation container.
