The invention aims to solve the problems that an existing wood acoustic board is not mildew-proof and is easy to deform, and a mineral wool acoustic board and a fabric acoustic board cannot be degraded and are scratchy when being in contact with a body. The chopped fibrilia composite acoustic board comprises a first surface layer, a first core layer, a framework core layer, a second core layer and a second surface layer, the first core layer is connected with the first surface layer and the framework core layer, and the second core layer is connected with the first surface layer and the framework core layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, raw material pretreatment; 2, preparing the China hemp fiber layer; 3, preparing a high-hemp double-melting-point composite fiber layer; 4, preparing a low-hemp double-melting-point composite fiber layer; 5, needling; and 6, carrying out compression molding to obtain the chopped fibrilia composite material acoustic panel. The method is mainly used for preparing the chopped fibrilia composite acoustic board.
