According to the method, hemp seed meal is used as a raw material, hemp seed protein isolate is obtained through an alkali extraction and acid precipitation method, and the hemp seed meal oligopeptide with the high F value is obtained through two-step enzymolysis of alkaline protease and papaya protein and adsorption of activated carbon. The prepared high-F-value hemp seed meal oligopeptide is added into fermentation liquor of bacillus subtilis, so that the yield of nattokinase can be remarkably increased. According to the method, efficient utilization of the cannabis oil processing byproducts is achieved, a new direction is provided for utilization of the cannabis seed meal, and the preparation method is simple, controllable and suitable for mass production in factories.
