Fecha de publicación: 25/11/2022 Fuente: WIPO "hemp" The present invention relates to an automatic rope manufacturing device, comprises of a housing 1 mapped with a chamber 2 stored with hemp, a display panel 3 for giving input length and thickness of a rope, an L-shaped rod 4 equipped with a hammer 5 for compressing hemp, a motorized lid 6 for transferring threads on a conveyer 7, a primary gripper 8 equipped with plurality of pins 9 for carding thread, a pair of rings 10 installed via a pair of bars 11, pair of robotic arms 12 for sequentially picking and placing ends of thread within rings 10 and a motorized iris lid 13 to close for gripping ends of rings, a pair of motorized ball and socket joints 14 for rotating rings 10 in opposite direction to manufacture a rope, an ultrasonic sensor for detecting thickness of rope and a blade 15 for cutting rope.
