The method includes the steps of soaking with distilled water, pregermination in a dark and moist environment with a proper temperature, and irrigation cultivation with weak acid water. According to the method, by performing soaking with the distilled water and pregermination in the dark and moist environment with the proper temperature, the seed activity is kept, and the germination rate can reach about 95%; by adopting prepared nutrient soil for sowing after germination and performing irrigation cultivation with the weak acid water, uniform germination is guranateed, and the emergence rate can reach 92%. The method is applied to the field of seedling raising of industrial hemp with ahigh CBD content.
