The seedling cultivation box is fixed on the seedling cultivation box fixing plate, wherein both sides of the seedling cultivation box on a top layer are fixed in the seedling cultivation box fixing plate; two bottom edges of each layer of the seedling cultivation box are provided with two sliding shaft seats, and a slideway is fixed between the two sliding shaft seats; each layer of the seedling cultivation box is slidably connected with the previous layer of the seedling cultivation box through the slideway; each layer of the seedling cultivation box is fixed with a seedling cultivation table; the seedling cultivation tables are provided with a plurality of seedling cultivation screens, and the edges of the seedling cultivation tables are fixed with lifting fluorescent lamps; and fans are fixed on the lifting fluorescent lamps (yellow and blue light lamps). The device can reasonably control the light time and carry out ventilation of plant roots to prevent root rot.
