The industrial hemp fiber powder, EVA, natural rubber and chitin are mixed to obtain the composite foaming material, and then the composite foaming material is made into the antibacterial composite insole which has the advantages of being resistant to wear, breathable, capable of absorbing sweat, good in elasticity, good in shock resistance, beneficial to wound healing and the like.
