The method comprises the following steps of I, according to the area and the plane dimension of a planned land, andordering the air film buildings from an air film construction engineering corporation; II, building the air film buildings on the levelled land; III, mounting an electric power distribution cabinet and an inflation air conditioning equipment box for the air film building which is built in the step II; IV, starting the inflation air conditioning equipment box mounted in the step II, so that an airfilm rises to form a dome, and the temperature and the humidity of indoor air are adjusted to the appropriate scope; V, placing assisting facilities for planting the industrial hemp in the air film buildings which are built in the step II; VI, sowing industrial hemp seeds in the air film buildings which are built in the step II; VII, durably performing daily growth maintenance on the industrial hemp seeds which are sown in the step VI, until the industrial hemp is harvested; and step VIII, repeating the step VI and the step VII to harvest more industrial hemp. The method disclosed by the invention is scientific, good in manufacturability and large in planting benefits, and has wide promotion and application value.
