The invention provides a method for fermenting industrial hemp by using glycyrrhiza endophytic fungi, relates to application of glycyrrhiza endophytic fungi, and particularly relates to a method for fermenting industrial hemp by using glycyrrhiza endophytic fungi. The method is used for solving the technical problem that the yield of CBD produced by using the existing method is not high. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, taking dried industrial hemp leaves, crushing, sieving, putting hemp leaf powder into a container, adding water, sealing, and sterilizing to obtain a substrate; 2, inoculating a slant culture medium of PDA with glycyrrhiza endophytic fungi RP4, culturing at constant temperature to obtain activated glycyrrhiza endophytic fungi RP4, and mixing with sterile water to obtain a bacterial suspension; and 3, adding the bacterial suspension into the substrate, and putting into an air bath shaker for fermentation culture to finish the fermentation of industrial hemp. After the industrial hemp is fermented by using the glycyrrhiza endophytic fungi RP4, a CBD raw material can be efficiently produced, and the industrial hemp resource is utilized to the maximum extent. In addition, the antioxidant activity of the industrial hemp fermented by using the glycyrrhiza endophytic fungi RP4 is remarkably enhanced.
