The invention provides a method for extracting cannabidiol beneficial for human health from industrial hemp. The method comprises the following steps: 1, converting CO2 gas into liquid to enable the CO2 gas to reach a supercritical state; 2, treating a raw material, namely industrial hemp to enable the industrial hemp to reach a required quality state; 3, dissolving the industrial hemp with the supercritical CO2 liquid in an extraction kettle, collecting an industrial hemp extract, carrying out extracting through a separation kettle and a special rectifying column, and separating the extract;4, reversely feeding the CO2 liquid into a low-pressure separator so as to allow the CO2 liquid to be separated out and to enter a separation tank, and allowing gas-liquid separation to be rapidly conducted; and 5, returning the CO2 gas to a main storage tank, discharging CBD oil in the separator, and returning the CO2 gas to the extraction kettle for recycling. According to the method, a CBD extraction rate can reach 90% or above, and a CBD content ranges from 20% to 30%; the method is scientific and has good manufacturability; the extracted cannabidiol can be directly applied to cosmetic, health care product and medicine markets; and the environmental pollution of the product is reduced, and the purpose of organic green biological extraction is achieved.
