The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: horizontally cutting an industrial hemp stalk into hemp stalk segments with the lengths of 40-50 cm; then longitudinally splitting the hemp stalk segments from an axle center; then regulating the water ratio of the hemp stalk segments to 80-100 percent, and nondestructively flattening the hemp stalk segments; and then manufacturing the structural artificial board through assembly, sizing, hot pressing and thermal refining at constant temperature and humidity. In the invention, the structural artificial board is initiatively manufactured by utilizing the characteristics of high strength, porosity and low density of the industrial hemp stalk; compared with a similar wooden product, the product disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low density, high strength and good load-bearing property; in addition, by implementing the technology disclosed by the invention, not only the wood resources is outstandingly saved and the ecological environment is protected, but also the wastes are changed into valuables and a new way for the application of industrial hemps is provided; and the invention is beneficial to promoting the further development of an industrial hemp industry and has good social benefit and economic benefit.
