The device comprises a plurality of temperature control parts capable of moving inside the greenhouse; each temperature control part comprises a temperature control main body, a temperature control mechanism, a humidity control mechanism and a moving mechanism; each temperature control mechanismcomprises an air inlet, a water inlet pipe and a water return pipe; each humidity control mechanism comprises a telescopic humidifying pipe, a spray head and a telescopic mechanism; each telescopic humidifying pipe comprises a main pipe and an auxiliary pipe; each main pipe communicates with the corresponding water inlet pipe and water return pipe through a three-way ball valve; and each auxiliary pipe can drive a vale rod of the three-way ball valve to rotate in a downward moving process, so that the three-way ball valve is switched for communication between the corresponding water inlet pipe and main pipe from communication between the corresponding water inlet pipe and water return pipe. The device is provided with the temperature control main bodies and the moving mechanisms capable of driving the temperature control main bodies to move, so that balance of the temperature in the greenhouse is kept under the condition of keeping the greenhouse temperature in a required temperaturerange; and the device is further provided with the humidity control mechanisms, so that different soil humidity can be provided for different growth periods of industrial hemp.
