The method comprises the following steps: ironing before washing, comparing and color separating, soaking, stirring, washing, dehydrating, drying, airing and moisture regaining, ironing and packaging, wherein the washing step comprises the following three processes: desizing, enzymatic washing and softening; and anti-crease finishing can be carried out after dehydrating and drying. The method has the following beneficial effects: the washed hemp jean fabrics and finished products have soft handfeel similar to that of the wool products, have draping and grace comparable to the draping and grace of the silk, and have a rough appearance but still have a jean style; and the fibers also maintain the mechanisms and properties such as hemp hygroscopicity, air permeability, quick drying, static resistance, ultraviolet ray shielding, bacteriostasis, health care and the like.
