Fuente: WIPO "hemp" PURPOSE: A method coating and vacuum-absorbing natural fiber with a sizing agent containing gold powder is characterized by mixing the gold powder with the sizing agent, removing air in a vacuum tank to stabilize the sizing agent, coating the natural fiber with the sizing agent by using a brush, absorbing the sizing agent on the fiber in the vacuum tank to prevent the gold powder from being separated from the fiber, increasing quality of fabric and minimizing loss of the gold powder.CONSTITUTION: A gold powder coating and vacuum-absorbing method of natural fiber is compose of: mixing primarily water and sodium alginate to manufacture a sizing agent; mixing secondarily the sizing agent and gold powder; removing air remained on the sizing agent in a vacuum tank; coating the natural fiber such as silk, hemp and cotton fabric with the sizing agent by using a brush; putting the coated natural fiber into the vacuum tank to make the sizing agent containing the gold powder absorbed vacuously on the fiber; and drying the fiber.© KIPO 2006
