The intellectualized control system comprises a hemp rope automatic fixed-length control unit,a broken strand alarm delay unit, a light detection unit and a PLC main control unit; the hemp rope automatic fixed-length control unit, the broken strand alarm delay unit, a fluff removing motor control unit and a main motor control unit are connected with the PLC main control unit separately; the hemp rope automatic fixed-length control unit is used for setting the fixed length during automaticrunning; the broken strand alarm delay unit is used for automatically stopping the system when a strand is broken and giving an alarm; the light detection unit is used for detecting a running indicating light in the whole system. The intellectualized control system of the novel two-in-one four-strand rope machine effectively controls the machine to automatically stop running, drastically lower the labor intensity of workers and improve the folded yarn quality.
