In accordance with the present invention, the hemp pellet for deodorization, wherein the hemp pellet for deodorization is used as a deodorant or a pillow filler, comprises a hemp stalk, glutinous rice, konjac, agar, and moisture, and the hemp stalk is 66.5 to 69.3 wt%, the glutinous rice is 26.98 to 28.12 wt%, the konjac is 0.57 to 0.59 wt%, the agar is 0.95 to 0.99 wt%, and the moisture is 1 to 5 wt%, in contrast to the total weight of the pellet. Moreover, in accordance with the present invention, the manufacturing method thereof includes: a grinding step of grinding the hemp stalk to acquire hemp stalk powder; a mixing step of mixing and blending the hemp stalk powder with a blending solution made by dissolving glutinous rice, konjac, and agar powder in water; a molding step of extruding the mixed hemp stalk powder under high pressure and then cutting and molding the powder into a pellet shape; a high-temperature drying step of removing the moisture contained in the molded pellet; an alcohol shower step of removing a grassy smell of the hemp by spraying an alcohol solution on the pellet from which the moisture has been removed; and a low-temperature drying step of removing the alcohol and moisture remaining in the surface of the pellet.
