Fuente: WIPO "hemp" The present invention relates to a functional cannabis beer produced by alcohol fermentation of hempseed (seed of Cannabis sativaL.) and a method for producing the same, and more specifically, to a functional cannabis beer in which hemp seeds are added and fermented during beer fermentation to increase sensory and nutritional properties as well as antioxidant, anti-diabetic, and anti-thrombotic activities, and a method for producing the same. The hemp beer produced by the method for prorducing hemp has excellent flavor and mouthfeel, unlike regular beer, and exhibits strong antioxidant, anti-diabetic, and anti-thrombotic activities.
