Fuente: WIPO "hemp" The present invention relates to functional porridge comprising hempseeds, glehnia littoralis, and yam with excellent antioxidant, antidiabetic, and antithrombotic activities. More specifically, the functional porridge relates having antioxidant, antidiabetic, and antithrombotic functions by using nonglutinous rice porridge as a base and further including hempseeds, glehnia littoralis, and yam in the nonglutinous rice porridge. The functional porridge comprising hemp seeds, glehnia littoralis, and yam of the present invention has excellent functionality, nutritional properties, and chewability, and exhibits excellent antioxidant, antidiabetic, and antithrombotic activities compared to related-art rice porridge. In addition, the functional porridge is freeze-dried and made into porridge by simply pouring water, which is excellent in convenience and storage, and the unique taste of hemp seeds and the sensuality of glehnia littoralis and yam may be expected.
