FOOD COMPOSITION FOR SUPPLEMENTING AMINO ACIDS COMPRISING HEMP SEED CAKE OBTAINED AFTER LOW-TEMPERATURE MILKING AND HAVING EXCELLENT ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME

An object of the present invention is to provide a food composition for supplementing amino acids having excellent antioxidant activity and a method for preparing the same. A method for preparing a hemp seed cake comprises the steps of: (1) washing 3-5 times harvested hemp seeds; (2) drying the hemp seeds to a moisture content of 7.5 % or less in a dryer at a temperature of 49℃; (3) removing outer shells of the hemp seeds using a stripper; (4) drying the hemp seeds to a moisture content of 3.5 % or less in the dryer at a temperature of 49℃; and (5) recovering the hemp seed cake remaining after milking in a cold-press type milking machine at a temperature of 40℃ or lower. According to the present invention, the hemp seed cake generated after low-temperature milking is rich in amino acids, and thus can be used as a food supplement to supplement amino acids.
