Fuente: WIPO "hemp" The present invention relates to a fermented liquid of a hemp stem using a Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast and a use thereof, and more specifically, to a fermented liquid of a hemp stem having excellent antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory activity, and nitrite scavenging activity, and reduced cytotoxicity by fermenting the hemp stem exhibiting various useful physiological activities such as blood circulation improvement, anti-diabetes, antioxidation, anti-inflammation, and wrinkle amelioration activity with the Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, and a functional cosmetic composition comprising the fermented liquid of the hemp stem. The fermented liquid of the hemp stem by the yeast according to the present invention having reduced cytotoxic effects while increasing the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities exhibits stronger antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities than the hemp stem, but does not exhibit the cytotoxicity of a hemp stem extract, thereby being capable of being applied to manufacture of a functional cosmetic.
