The present invention relates to a cannabis distillate using cannabis hempseed (Cannabis sativa L.) and a method for producing the same, and more specifically, to a cannabis distillate having excellent antioxidant, antidiabetic, and antithrombotic activities as well as increased sensory and nutritional properties, which is produced by inoculating yeast into an alcohol fermentation medium to which cannabis hempseed or hempseed cake has been added, performing alcoholic fermentation, and distilling the fermented liquid, and a method for producing the same. The cannabis distillate of the present invention, which exhibits excellent sensory properties and antioxidant, antidiabetic, and antithrombotic activities, has an excellent flavor and smooth aftertaste unique to cannabis unlike general distilled liquors and exhibits antioxidant, antidiabetic, and antithrombotic activities. In addition, the cannabis distillate produced has almost no unpleasant aftertaste and does not cause a hangover. The method for producing a hemp distillate comprises the steps of: preparing a medium for alcoholic fermentation; adding hemp seeds to the medium for alcoholic fermentation; inoculating with pre-cultured yeast; fermenting; and distilling.
